Morrison County Motorcycle Accident Injures Local Man
BUCKMAN, MN — A motorcycle accident on 113th Street, approximately two miles north of Buckman, occurred on August 6, 2026, at 10:41 p.m., injuring a 37-year-old man.
According to the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office, Ronald Popp, a resident of Pierz, was traveling east on 113th Street when he lost control of his motorcycle and veered into a ditch. Popp was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident and was transported to North Memorial Hospital with injuries that are currently classified as unknown.
Emergency responders at the scene included the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office, the Minnesota State Patrol, the Pierz Fire Department, and the Pierz First Response Team. The investigation into the circumstances of the accident is ongoing. No further details have been released.
