WOODLAND, Maine (WAGM) – A man is in critical condition following a motorcycle crash on Colby Siding Road on Monday evening, Aug. 10.
The incident occurred around 6:56 p.m. Authorities said that incomplete road work and speed were contributing factors.
The man was transported to Northern Light Eastern Medical Center in Bangor. A family member stated he is in extremely critical condition.
Sheriff Peter Johnson confirmed that bump signs were posted in the area at the time of the crash. Woodland Selectman Chris Fournier corroborated that the signs were in place.
The investigation is ongoing. No further information has been released.
