Nashville, Tenn. (WZTV) — A motorcycle crash on Briley Parkway late Friday night resulted in the death of a 30-year-old man.
The victim was identified as Nicholas Anderson of Mt. Juliet, according to Metro Nashville Police.
Authorities reported that Anderson was riding with a group of motorcyclists around 11 p.m. when he lost control on a curve and veered off the road into a ditch.
Emergency responders transported him to Vanderbilt Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Police believe speed may have contributed to the incident, and there were no signs of impairment.
