LEE COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) – One person was killed in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 20 Sunday night.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported the incident occurred near mile marker 111 at approximately 8:45 p.m. A 2001 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, traveling east, lost control and was struck by a 2018 Mercedes van also heading east.
The motorcycle operator was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Mercedes did not sustain injuries.
Emergency responders from the South Carolina Highway Patrol are investigating the crash. No additional information is currently available.
