COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A motorcycle crash occurred early Saturday morning, leaving one driver hospitalized.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), officers responded at 3 a.m. to the 5100 block of Barnes Road for a reported single-vehicle incident.
Authorities said the motorcycle was traveling westbound when the crash happened. The driver was transported to a local hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Barnes Road was temporarily closed for eastbound traffic at Iron Horse Trail during the investigation, with all lanes reopening at 4:45 a.m.
CSPD has not yet determined the cause of the crash.
