Motorcyclist Escapes Fiery Crash Near Children in San Antonio
SAN ANTONIO, TX — A motorcyclist miraculously escaped serious injury following a fiery crash near two children at approximately 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
According to eyewitness footage, the rider lost control while turning a corner on a residential street, causing the motorcycle to slide into a curb and burst into flames. The incident occurred near Wooden Fox and Oakwood Crest, where two children were standing with backpacks at the time of the crash.
Emergency response teams arrived at the scene shortly after the incident. A neighbor utilized a garden hose to extinguish the flames engulfing the rider. Authorities confirmed that both the biker and the children escaped without injuries. The motorcyclist’s identity has not been released.
Investigators from the San Antonio Police Department are looking into the circumstances surrounding the crash. Witnesses reported the motorcyclist was speeding before losing control.
