Motorcyclist Dies After Fall from 105 Freeway Overpass in South Los Angeles
SOUTH LOS ANGELES (KABC) — A motorcyclist died Monday night after falling from the 105 Freeway overpass near the 110 Freeway interchange.
The incident occurred around 11 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol. Authorities confirmed that the rider fell approximately 100 feet, landing in a parking area of the Harbor Freeway C Line Metro station.
Emergency personnel arrived but pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene. Details regarding the cause of the fall and the identity of the rider have not yet been released.
