PITTSBURGH — A motorcycle crash in Pittsburgh’s Mt. Washington neighborhood at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday resulted in one fatality.
Emergency crews responded to the scene at the intersection of Grandview Avenue and PJ McArdle Road, according to Allegheny County dispatchers. A Pittsburgh Police spokesperson confirmed that a male motorcyclist lost control and was pronounced dead on site by medics.
Authorities stated that no other vehicles were involved in the incident, and no additional injuries have been reported.
PJ McArdle Road is currently restricted between Route 51 and Grandview Avenue as the investigation continues.
