BOISE, Idaho — A 21-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Highway 21 near Lucky Peak Saturday evening, according to the Ada County Sheriff’s Office.
Emergency responders, including deputies and Boise Police, were dispatched at 6:30 p.m. to milepost 11 on reports of an injury accident.
Investigators determined that the motorcyclist, riding a 2024 Ducati Supersport southbound, crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a northbound 2005 Ford F-250.
The lone rider was transported by Life Flight to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The incident is currently under investigation by the Ada County Sheriff’s Office Collision Reconstruction Team.
