COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on South Union Boulevard late Saturday afternoon.
The incident occurred at 5:20 p.m. in the 800 block of South Union. According to authorities, the rider may have been speeding and lost control, resulting in the motorcycle crash.
First responders performed life-saving measures but pronounced the rider dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved.
The Colorado Springs Police Department Major Crash Team is leading the investigation. The identity of the rider has not been released.
