Lynnwood, WA – A motorcycle rider was killed in a collision with a semi-truck on State Route 99 early Thursday morning, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The incident occurred shortly after 5 a.m. on July 30, near 31st Avenue West. A 38-year-old woman from Lynnwood was merging onto SR 99 when her motorcycle collided with a southbound semi-truck.
Authorities confirmed the rider was pronounced dead at the scene. The semi-truck driver, a 43-year-old man from Everett, was evaluated by emergency responders.
