BELLINGHAM, MA — A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a crash involving another vehicle on Sunday night at approximately 7:41 p.m.
According to authorities, the incident occurred at the intersection of Hartford Avenue and North Main Street. The motorcyclist sustained a severe leg injury and was transported via medical helicopter to an area trauma center for treatment.
The driver of the other vehicle remained on the scene and is cooperating with law enforcement. Traffic in the vicinity was significantly disrupted, and motorists were advised to seek alternate routes.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation, with the Bellingham Police Department conducting a crash reconstruction.
