HONOLULU (Island News) – A motorcycle crash in Makiki on Saturday, March 15, 2025, left a 24-year-old man in critical condition.
The incident occurred at 11:53 p.m. on Punahou Street, where the motorcyclist was traveling southbound at a high speed and struck a parked vehicle.
Honolulu Emergency Medical Services transported the injured man to a nearby hospital. Authorities confirmed he was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision.
Initial reports indicate that speed was a contributing factor; however, it remains unclear if drugs or alcohol played a role.
The investigation into the collision is ongoing.
