Wabasha, MN — A motorcycle crash on Highway 60 in Wabasha County on Sunday afternoon resulted in one person being transported to the hospital.
The incident occurred at the intersection of Highway 60 and County Road 13 shortly after 4:30 p.m., according to the Minnesota State Patrol. The motorcyclist, identified as 39-year-old Dwight Anthony Davis from Crystal, was traveling west when he entered the ditch.
Davis was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester with non-life-threatening injuries. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, and authorities stated that alcohol is not suspected to have been a factor.
Emergency responders included the Wabasha County Sheriff’s Office, Wabasha Police Department, Wabasha Ambulance, and Wabasha Fire and Lake City Fire Department. There are no further details regarding lane closures or ongoing investigations at this time.
