KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A motorcyclist died in a crash at a Kansas City interchange early Tuesday morning, authorities said.
According to the Kansas City Police Department, emergency crews responded at 1:45 a.m. to Missouri 152 Highway and U.S. 169 following reports of a collision.
Police reported that a Harley-Davidson motorcycle was westbound on MO-152 when the rider failed to navigate the curve at the southbound ramp to U.S. 169.
The motorcycle went off the roadway into a ravine, striking a tree. First responders found the rider had been ejected from the bike and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation, and the identity of the victim has not been released.
