MUSKEGO — One person died and another was injured in a two-vehicle crash involving a van and a motorcycle on Woods Road late Friday night.
According to the Muskego Police Department, the incident occurred around 11:21 p.m. near Parkland Drive. An 18-year-old male motorcyclist sustained severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene despite life-saving efforts.
The 48-year-old driver of the van was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. Preliminary investigations revealed that the van was heading west when the motorcycle, traveling east, crossed the center line and collided with the van.
No other occupants were present in either vehicle. The Muskego Police Department continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
