Motorcyclist killed in Osage County crash has been identified.

A motorcyclist died following a collision on Hwy 60 in Osage County on June 9.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 9 a.m. near 9 Mile Rd.

Authorities stated that 44-year-old Jeremy Bearden was riding westbound when he lost a box from his motorcycle. After pulling onto the shoulder to allow another vehicle to pass, Bearden re-entered the roadway.

During an attempt to turn around, another vehicle struck Bearden’s motorcycle.

Bearden sustained critical injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing, and no further details on the other vehicle or driver have been released.
