IDAHO FALLS — A motorcyclist sustained serious injuries Sunday evening in a crash on First Street, which closed the roadway for over two hours.
The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. in front of the Bowl-Ero bowling alley. Authorities confirmed that the motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the crash.
Emergency responders transported the adult male motorcyclist via ambulance to a local hospital for treatment. His identity has not been disclosed.
First Street remained closed until approximately 8 p.m. while authorities investigated the scene. The Idaho Falls Police Department is handling the ongoing investigation.
