COLONIE — A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries Sunday when his bike collided with a guardrail on the Northway near the Interstate 90 interchange, according to State Police.
The crash occurred shortly before noon while the rider was traveling southbound.
The man was ejected from his motorcycle and sustained critical injuries. Emergency responders transported him to Albany Medical Center, where he was reported in critical condition as of Monday.
The rider’s identity has not been disclosed.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident, authorities said. An investigation is ongoing.
