DARIEN, Ga. (Local News Wire) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash on I-95 northbound in McIntosh County on Sunday afternoon.
Georgia State Patrol reported the 2006 Harley Davidson lost control in the left lane before the rider was thrown from the bike.
The site of the accident was closed for several hours for investigation and cleanup, halting traffic on I-95 northbound.
Emergency responders transported the injured driver to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
