New Haven Motorcycle Crash Claims Life of 34-Year-Old
A 34-year-old New Haven resident died following a motorcycle crash on State Street early Saturday morning.
Officers responded to the 600 block of State Street where they found a three-wheeled motorcycle crashed into a gate, with the male driver pinned beneath it. Authorities believe the motorcycle was traveling south prior to the crash, which may have occurred several hours earlier. No other vehicles are believed to be involved.
The New Haven Police Department’s Crash Reconstruction Unit is investigating the incident. Lane closures were reported in the area during the response, but specific details on road conditions were not available.
