Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on Kilpatrick Turnpike
OKLAHOMA CITY — A motorcycle accident late Sunday night on the Kilpatrick Turnpike has resulted in one fatality.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the crash occurred just before 11:30 p.m. near Southwest 15th Street. Authorities reported that 40-year-old Grant Mullicane of Norman attempted to negotiate a curve when he left the roadway and struck a guardrail. Two additional vehicles subsequently collided with him.
Emergency responders pronounced Mullicane dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported. The crash prompted a temporary closure of lanes, and an investigation is ongoing.
