ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – A woman was killed and two juveniles were hospitalized with serious injuries in a car crash early Tuesday morning, according to the Anchorage Police Department.
The incident occurred at approximately 12:02 a.m. at the intersection of East Northern Lights Boulevard and UAA Drive.
Emergency responders declared the woman dead at the scene. The two juveniles were transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Authorities have not yet released the woman’s name pending next-of-kin notification. Police are asking anyone with surveillance footage or additional information to contact APD dispatch at 311 or (907) 786-8900, or to report anonymously through the Anchorage Crime Stoppers website.
