CHESTER TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) – A head-on collision involving three vehicles resulted in one fatality in Greater Cincinnati early this morning.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at 6:27 a.m. on State Route 73 near Williams Road.
Officials reported that a Ford F-250 was stopped attempting to make a left turn when a motorcycle approached from behind, swerving into oncoming traffic to avoid a collision. The motorcycle struck a Ford Edge driven by 41-year-old Jason Sallee head-on.
Sallee was pronounced dead at the scene. The motorcyclist, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries, was transported to the hospital for treatment.
The crash is under investigation, authorities said. No further details were available at this time.
