PERRYSBURG, Ohio — A motorcycle crash on West River Road claimed the life of a 59-year-old man Tuesday evening.
Alan Magsig, of Perrysburg, was pronounced dead at the scene around 7 p.m., approximately one mile northeast of Waterville in Middleton Township, according to the Wood County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities reported that Magsig was riding southwest when he failed to negotiate a curve, resulting in the crash.
Emergency responders attended the scene, and the incident remains under investigation.
