KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A motorcyclist was killed late Saturday night in a collision on eastbound Interstate 670 in Kansas City.
According to authorities, the accident occurred just after 11 p.m. when a 37-year-old man riding a red, white, and blue Honda Africa Twin motorcycle attempted to change lanes and collided with a Dodge Charger.
The motorcyclist lost control and was pronounced dead at the scene. He was identified as Jeffrey Evans.
No other injuries were reported, and there were no further details on the occupants of the Dodge Charger.
The Kansas City Police Department is investigating the incident. No road closures were reported following the accident.
