GRANBY — One person was hospitalized following a motorcycle crash on Route 189 Sunday evening, police said.
The head-on collision occurred at 5:55 p.m. and involved a motorcycle and another vehicle, according to authorities. One individual was transported to a hospital for treatment.
Route 189 was closed between Northwoods Road and Silver Street during the investigation, with authorities confirming lane closures at around 7 p.m.
The road has since reopened as of Monday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation’s traffic monitoring site.
