MILFORD — A motorcycle crash on Interstate 95 north resulted in serious injuries and lane closures on Wednesday afternoon, according to authorities.
The incident occurred involving a motorcycle and a car. The motorcycle rider was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
Interstate 95 north was closed at Exit 33 while emergency responders worked at the scene. The roadway was reopened at approximately 7 p.m.
Connecticut State Police are investigating the accident.
