A 36-year-old Southington man was injured in a three-vehicle crash on Sunday at 7:20 p.m. in Southington, Connecticut, State Police confirmed.
According to authorities, the motorcyclist lost control after sideswiping two vehicles before hitting a metal beam guardrail and being ejected. No other injuries were reported.
Emergency Medical Services transported the injured motorcyclist to Yale New Haven Hospital. The motorcycle and one of the struck vehicles were towed from the scene; a U-Haul was driven away by its operator.
The crash is currently under investigation.
