Motorcycle Crash in Hague Claims One Life
HAQUE, NY – A 62-year-old man died after a motorcycle crash on Graphite Mountain Road at approximately 2:30 p.m. on May 30, 2026.
According to State Police, Robert S. Byrne of Angola, NY, was operating his motorcycle northeast of the roadway when he lost control and struck an earth embankment. Emergency responders pronounced Byrne deceased at the scene.
Authorities are continuing their investigation into the incident. No further information regarding other vehicles or injuries has been confirmed.
