A two-vehicle crash on Route 281 in Tully resulted in one fatality on Wednesday around 11:15 a.m.
According to State Police, a Chevy SUV was turning left from a parking lot onto Route 281 when it collided with a motorcycle traveling on the highway.
The motorcycle operator, whose identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin, was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
The SUV driver reported no injuries.
The State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is on-site to assist with the investigation, alongside members of the Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
Authorities stated that the investigation is ongoing, with further information to be released as it becomes available.
