Motorcycle Crash Claims Life in Arlington
A motorcycle accident in Arlington on Monday evening resulted in the death of a 35-year-old man. Police reported that the incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Texas 360, near Six Flags Drive.
Responding officers found the motorcycle rider unresponsive by the roadway. Despite efforts to revive him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators found that the man was speeding north on Highway 360, weaving between lanes when he collided with a 2015 Chevrolet Impala changing lanes. The impact caused him to slam into a 2023 Honda Accord, which led to him losing control and being thrown from his motorcycle.
Both drivers of the cars involved remained on the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Authorities stated that no charges have been filed against them.
The identity of the deceased will be released by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office once next of kin have been notified.
