Teenager Dies in Columbus Motorcycle Accident.

COLUMBUS, Indiana — A 19-year-old man died in a motorcycle crash on Saturday morning, officials confirmed.

The incident occurred around 8:15 a.m. on Oct. 11 near State Street and Fairview Drive in southeast Columbus. Police arrived at the scene to find a 2009 Suzuki motorcycle and the driver, identified as Isai Quintana-Solis, also of Columbus.

According to the Columbus Police Department, preliminary investigations indicate the motorcycle left the roadway under circumstances that are still being examined. A spokesperson noted that efforts are underway to ascertain the exact timing and contributing factors of the crash.

The Bartholomew County Coroner’s Office reported that Quintana-Solis died from blunt force trauma, with the manner of death classified as accidental. Toxicology results are pending.

No other vehicles were involved in the incident, and no injuries to additional parties have been reported. Authorities have not indicated any lane closures related to the investigation.
