Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 101 Injures Four
SAN JOSE, CA — A multi-vehicle collision on Highway 101 resulted in four injuries on October 9 at 2:41 p.m. The crash occurred near the interchange with Highway 87, blocking two left lanes.
According to the California Highway Patrol, two cars and a pickup truck were involved in the accident. Emergency medical responders from the San Jose Fire Department transported the injured to a nearby hospital.
Authorities confirmed that both northbound and southbound traffic faced delays for over an hour due to the incident. Tow services were on site to remove the vehicles shortly after.
An investigation is ongoing, and officials urge drivers to seek alternate routes.
