BR Brentwood Police Investigate Altercation Involving Actor Alan Ritchson
Brentwood, TN — Police are investigating a reported altercation involving actor Alan Ritchson that occurred over the weekend, according to authorities.
The incident reportedly began on Saturday when a neighbor, Ronnie Taylor, claimed he saw Ritchson speeding through the neighborhood on a motorcycle. Taylor indicated that he raised his middle finger in response, which Ritchson allegedly mirrored.
On Sunday, Taylor encountered Ritchson again, this time with two young boys on motorbikes. Witnesses reported that Taylor confronted Ritchson and asked him to stop driving recklessly. A physical altercation ensued, with video evidence showing Ritchson striking Taylor on the ground.
Taylor admitted to instigating the confrontation, stating he pushed Ritchson first. He further claimed Ritchson fell off his motorcycle during the exchange, sustaining minor injuries including cuts and bruises, as well as a finger injury, as reported by TMZ.
Brentwood Police Captain Steve Pepin confirmed that no arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing. The situation remains under review, and further updates are expected in the coming days.
Ritchson, known for his role in Amazon’s Reacher, recently returned to the U.S. after filming projects in Australia and New Zealand.
Representatives for Ritchson have not issued a comment.
