Hanska, MN (KROC-AM News) – A traffic crash near Hanska early today has resulted in the deaths of two individuals.
Fatal Crash Claims Two Lives in Brown County
The Brown County Sheriff’s Office reported the incident occurred at approximately 12:15 a.m. at the intersection of two county roads, about three miles north of Hanska and seven miles south of New Ulm. The collision involved a pickup truck and a passenger car.
Victims Identified
Authorities confirmed the deceased are a 73-year-old man driving the car and his 74-year-old female passenger. Their identities have not yet been released.
The driver of the pickup truck, a 28-year-old woman from Hanska, was transported to New Ulm Medical Center. Details regarding her injuries are currently unavailable.
Investigation Underway
The Minnesota State Patrol is assisting the Brown County Sheriff’s Office in the ongoing investigation into the crash.
