Two Killed and One Critical in Motorcycle Accident on Route 51 in Perryopolis, PA.

Perryopolis, PA (July 30, 2026) – A motorcycle and vehicle collision on Route 51 left two men dead and a third critically injured Thursday morning.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, the accident occurred at approximately 11:51 a.m. in the 3530 block of Pittsburgh Road, near Randall’s Restaurant.

Officials reported that the motorcyclist and the driver of the other vehicle died at the scene. A passenger in the vehicle was flown to a hospital, where she remains in critical condition. Her status has not been released.

Fayette County Coroner Dr. Bob Baker identified the deceased motorcyclist as 81-year-old Larry Hall of Belle Vernon and the driver as 41-year-old Frank McKula of Grindstone, with both identifications confirmed on Thursday evening.

Authorities said the investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
