CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – A two-vehicle crash on the Campbellsville Bypass left two individuals dead on Saturday afternoon, according to Kentucky State Police.
At approximately 2:41 p.m., KSP responded to a collision near Walmart, involving a car and a motorcycle. Authorities said 57-year-old Ann Copass from Greensburg was making a left turn when her vehicle entered the path of a motorcycle driven by 35-year-old Christopher Penoyer of Campbellsville.
The Taylor County Coroner’s Office pronounced Copass dead at the scene. Penoyer was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Emergency responders remain on the scene, and an investigation is ongoing. No further details about lane closures or vehicle tows have been provided.
