TOWN OF POLK – A motorcycle accident resulted in two fatalities early Saturday morning, August 29, in the Town of Polk.
According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, emergency responders were dispatched to the scene near Highway 175 and Highway 164 around 2:30 a.m. A 29-year-old woman from Polk and a 51-year-old man from Jackson were pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing. Authorities noted assistance from the Slinger Police Department, Slinger Fire Department, Lifestar Rescue, and Wisconsin State Patrol. Further details regarding the circumstances of the accident have not been released.
