Two Minnesota Motorcyclists Injured in Clear Lake Accident, Police Report.

Two motorcyclists were injured in a collision with a car in Clear Lake on July 12.

The incident occurred at 11:10 a.m. on State Highway 23 near County Road 57. A 38-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman, both from Big Lake, were traveling northbound on Harley-Davidson Touring bikes when they collided with a 2024 Toyota Prius.

Both motorcyclists were not wearing helmets and were taken to St. Cloud Hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

The Prius was driven by a 40-year-old man from Burnsville, who had a 7-year-old girl as a passenger. Both occupants were wearing seat belts, MSP reported.

Emergency responders at the scene included the Becker Police Department, Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office, Clear Lake Fire Department, and Mayo Ambulance.

No alcohol is suspected in the incident, which remains under investigation by the Minnesota State Patrol.
