Unidentified Motorcyclist Sustains Severe Injuries in Egg Harbor, NJ Crash.

Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Egg Harbor Township Crash
A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash Tuesday afternoon on English Creek Avenue in Egg Harbor Township.

The incident occurred shortly after 1:00 p.m. at the intersection of English Creek Ave and Glenn Ave. According to authorities, a Harley Davidson motorcycle traveling northbound was struck by a Ford F250 pickup truck making a left turn onto Glenn Ave while also pulling a landscaping trailer.

Witnesses reported that the motorcyclist was attempting to pass several vehicles in the left lane just prior to the collision, officials said. The unidentified rider sustained life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to a nearby hospital.

The driver and passengers of the pickup truck were unharmed. English Creek Ave was closed between Dogwood Ave and Boxwood Ave for approximately four hours as officers conducted their investigation.
