SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A Nunda man died in a single-vehicle crash in Lake County on April 14.
The crash occurred at approximately 2:41 p.m. on 451st Avenue, just south of Madison.
According to authorities, 66-year-old David James Hanson was driving a 2010 Lincoln MKX when the vehicle veered off the road, struck a tree stump, and overturned.
Hanson was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders.
The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
