RALEIGH COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A miner was killed in an accident at the Panther Eagle Horse Creek Mine in Raleigh County on Friday.
Authorities confirmed the fatal incident involved Aaron Warrix, a shuttle car operator. The West Virginia Office of Miners’ Health, Safety, and Training responded promptly and is conducting a full investigation.
