GRANT COUNTY, Wisconsin (KCRG) – A motorcycle crash in Grant County on Saturday morning resulted in the death of a 64-year-old man.
According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, Ronald Walsh of Horicon was traveling west on County Highway U when he lost control of his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
The motorcycle went off the roadway, crashed into a ditch, and became airborne, ejecting Walsh, who was not wearing a helmet. He died at the scene from his injuries.
Authorities reported that the weather conditions included rain and fog at the time of the accident.
This incident marks the seventh motor vehicle fatality in Grant County for the year, authorities stated.
