EASTON, N.H. —
A motorcycle passenger sustained a head injury after falling off the bike on Route 112 near Wildwood Camp on Saturday evening.
New Hampshire State Police responded to the incident, which occurred when the woman, not holding onto the rider, fell from the motorcycle. She was not wearing a helmet.
The woman was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Her identity has not been released.
Authorities reported that the motorcycle driver immediately stopped to assist the passenger until first responders arrived. There are no indications of intent behind the fall.
Route 112 was closed for approximately one hour during the response and investigation.
