A 38-year-old woman from Bevier was injured in a motorcycle crash on Route C, one mile south of Bevier, on April 20, 2026, at 3:15 p.m., according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The incident involved a 2015 Honda CTX700, which lost control, veered off the right side of the roadway, and overturned into a ditch. The rider was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
She sustained moderate injuries and was transported by Macon County Emergency Medical Services to Samaritan Hospital. The motorcycle incurred minor damage and was secured at the scene.
Emergency response included the Macon County Sheriff’s Office, Macon County Fire, and Macon County Rescue. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
