Wyoming Motorcyclist and Passenger Killed in Collision with Car Turning in Front of Them.

A motorcycle crash in Fruitport Township on Sunday claimed the lives of two individuals, according to the Muskegon County Sheriff’s Office.

At approximately 1:58 p.m., Robert Boot Jr., 55, and passenger Carol Boot, 54, from Wyoming, were traveling west on Heights Ravenna Road when a car, traveling east, turned in front of them, deputies said.

The motorcycle collided with the car, and both riders were transported to the hospital, where they succumbed to their injuries. Authorities confirmed that both were wearing helmets at the time of the accident.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing, and no charges have been reported thus far. The sheriff’s office has not disclosed the condition of the car’s driver.

Motorists in the area experienced lane closures while authorities responded to the scene and conducted their investigation.
