Multi-Vehicle Collision on I-95 in Providence Injures Three

PROVIDENCE, RI—A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 resulted in injuries to three individuals on Wednesday at approximately 3:15 p.m.

According to the Rhode Island State Police, the incident occurred in the northbound lanes near Exit 23. A total of four vehicles were involved in the collision, which caused significant traffic delays in the area.

Emergency medical responders transported the injured individuals to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment. Their conditions remain undisclosed at this time. Authorities confirmed that no fatalities occurred in the crash.

The State Police are conducting an investigation into the cause of the accident. Towing services have been called to remove the damaged vehicles, and one lane remains closed as crews work on the scene.
