Yungblud Suffers Broken Leg in Motorcycle Accident During Sturgis Rally
STURGIS, SD — Musician Yungblud, 29, sustained a broken leg in a minor motorcycle accident last week at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
According to a representative, the injury occurred during the annual event, which runs from August 7 to 16. Yungblud confirmed the accident on Instagram, stating, “Leg f—ked. Still giggin. Still standin (sort of).”
Despite the injury, Yungblud remains committed to his upcoming performances. He stated intentions to perform at the Vilar de Mouros Festival in Portugal and Pukkelpop Festival in Belgium next week.
Authorities have not disclosed details about the circumstances of the accident. There were no other vehicles involved, and no additional injuries were reported. Emergency medical services responded to the scene, and the artist has since been cleared for travel.
Yungblud is currently promoting his 2025 album Idols and the collaborative EP One More Time, which peaked at No. 9 on the Billboard 200 last December.
With his upcoming shows on the schedule, fans can expect his high-energy performances to continue, despite his injury.
