LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – A 20-year-old man died following a motorcycle crash at the intersection of West Avenue and Farnam Street on Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities confirmed Braeden Felber was operating the motorcycle involved in the incident, which occurred around 1 p.m. Despite life-saving measures at the scene, Felber succumbed to his injuries after being transported to a local hospital.
The La Crosse Police Department is currently investigating the crash. Both northbound lanes and one southbound lane of West Avenue remain closed to facilitate the investigation and ensure safety.
Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes and exercise caution in the area. The police have expressed gratitude to the community for their patience during this time.
